Honorarium costs for face-to-face workshops range from $975 to $1,500 depending on:

• type of workshop chosen;
• half-day or full-day workshop;
• or if out-of-state.

Out-of-state travel (states other than Pennsylvania) often requires an extra day for travel, thus fees are slightly higher. In addition to the above honorarium costs are travel costs. Travel costs are based on expenses from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

Travel costs include: flight, rental car and gas if flight is required OR mileage at the current IRS rate if driving her car; tolls; hotel costs (often two nights if more than three hours drive or air flight is required); and $60 per diem, unless some meals are provided, and then the per diem is adjusted accordingly.

Sue prefers to make her own hotel reservations and her first choice is Hilton properties (i.e. Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, Doubletree, etc. If no Hilton properties are available, her other choices are Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield Inn or other Marriott properties.)
